“With Eagle Internal Medicine, I wanted to create a medical office with an entirely different look and feel in order to craft a distinctly better patient experience. Having spent many years supervising physicians and running primary care clinics in large corporate health systems, I have seen the typical chaotic, noisy clinic with stacks of paper everywhere, old magazines and cheap waiting room furniture. I wanted to create an experience that was much nicer, even elegant. At Eagle Internal Medicine, you will immediately notice the ambience; the fine furnishings, art work, water feature and plasma TV in the reception area. The manner in which you are greeted and received will be more like what you would experience checking into a fine hotel. The initial history isn’t taken while you are sitting in a paper towel. Rather, I meet with patients first in my office and conference room and take their medical history across a coffee table. The exam rooms have all the same equipment as a typical doctors office but they look nothing like the usual cold, sterile exam room. We have fine cabinetry, furniture and art work. The exam tables are the very best barrier free power tables. The exam rooms have special window dressings that allow natural light in, but ensure complete privacy. In essence, from the soft classical music to the lighting, we have made every effort to create an “environment of care” that is unmatched. Eagle Internal Medicine is not a clinic…in fact, it is the exact opposite…the antidote to the typical clinic! At Eagle Internal Medicine, we feel that you deserve to be treated better and that begins with the quality of the office environment and carries right over to how the staff treats you. It’s a difference you will notice immediately.
