PreCom had the unique opportunity to assist Dr. Patmas with his dream to provide clients with the highest quality service and health care. As a member of the Idaho Health Care Association, we have working knowledge of the needs and focus of the health care industry. With this knowledge we were able to assist in creating unique telephony programming to maximize efficiency for his new office. Dr. Patmas worked closely with our program and training specialist, Donna Winslow, to design a voice mail system that allows a client to be able to contact Dr. Patmas more efficiently and without the cost of an after hours answering service.
